Every customer, anywhere we ship, can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. This is our own commercial guarantee and it applies whether or not you have a right of withdrawal under local law.
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to start a return, then ship the product to: ETERVO Oy (ISOBUS Block), Kuusvedentie 228, 41370 Kuusa, Finland. Use a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost on the way back.
We refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product back in acceptable condition. Shipping to you was free, so there is no delivery charge to refund. If you are an EU consumer withdrawing under the statutory right below rather than using this 30-day guarantee, the refund also covers the cheapest standard delivery we offered.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal. It runs alongside the 30-day return above — use whichever is better for you.
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal runs in two 14-day windows: you have 14 days to notify us, and a further 14 days after notification to ship the product back.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund covers the purchase price plus the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered. Return shipping is at your expense.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If you install, modify, or damage the product beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, features, and functioning, you may still withdraw from the purchase — but we may deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods from your refund. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear is not covered by the right of withdrawal; it may still be covered by our 5-year warranty where applicable.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, it is covered under our 5-year limited warranty. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange a warranty claim. You pay the postage to send the product in; if the defect is covered, we refund that postage and cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
