Terms of Sale

Order, payment, shipping, and governing law for purchases

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from ISOBUS Block through this website. They apply together with our Terms of Service. Where provisions conflict, mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence prevails.

1. Seller

ETERVO Oy (ISOBUS Block)
Business ID (Y-tunnus): 3631969-7
Kuusvedentie 228, 41370 Kuusa, Finland
VAT ID: FI36319697
Email: [email protected]

2. Products and Pricing

We sell the ISOBUS Block relay module and related accessories. The product is an 8-channel ISOBUS relay module with 10A per channel, compatible with 12V and 24V systems.

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) on the product page, excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping country. For buyers outside the EU, no VAT is charged; import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a correction is material, you will be notified and may cancel the order for a full refund.

3. Order Process

  1. You add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. You enter shipping and billing details and accept these Terms of Sale.
  3. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store card data.
  4. You receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation constitutes the sales contract.
  5. Once the order ships, you receive a tracking number.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We do not offer invoice payment or deferred payment terms at this time.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Finland within 1 business day. Typical delivery times: 1–3 business days within Finland, 3–14 business days within the EU, and 1–4 weeks for the rest of the world. See our Shipping Policy for details.

For consumers, risk of loss passes on delivery to you, not on handover to the carrier. For buyers purchasing in the course of a business, risk of loss passes when we hand the product to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

This section covers the statutory right of withdrawal, which is available only to EU consumers. It is separate from the 30-day return in Section 8, which every customer has wherever they are.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. See our Right of Withdrawal page for the full notice, refund timeline, and model withdrawal form.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of a business (B2B). For B2B orders, returns are accepted only under the Return Policy or warranty.

7. Warranty

Consumers in the EU have a two-year legal warranty under EU consumer law. In addition, we provide a commercial five-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty Terms for the full scope, exclusions, and claim procedure.

8. Returns and Refunds

Every customer, anywhere we ship, may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. This is our own commercial guarantee and it applies whether or not you have a statutory right of withdrawal where you live. The product must come back complete and undamaged with all packaging and accessories, you pay the return postage, and custom-built kits are excluded because they are made to your specification. Faults are not a return matter — they are covered by the warranty in Section 7.

See our Return Policy for how to return a product, who pays return shipping, and refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.

Buyers outside the EU, including the United States and Canada, have the 30-day return above but no statutory right of withdrawal. You are the importer of record: import duties and taxes in your country are payable by you on delivery and are not included in the price (see Section 2), and they are not refunded if you return the product.

9. Liability

Our liability for defective goods is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

10. Complaint Handling

Send complaints to [email protected]. We respond within 5 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 30 days.

11. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers resident in Finland may also contact the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi). We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but may do so voluntarily.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence, which may entitle you to bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
