Description

A relay module that speaks ISOBUS. Wire your loads to it and control them from the tractor's own screen. A full implement conversion, a third function on a front loader, a one-off build: same module, different wiring. Plug it into any ISOBUS tractor and it shows up on the Virtual Terminal with 8 channels, CH1 to CH8. Control them from the screen, or assign them to any AUX-N joystick or armrest button. Each button is toggle (TOG) or momentary (MOM), and can switch one channel or several. The assignments are stored in the tractor, so hook up next season and they are still there. The buttons are yours to name. Type a name on the screen, pick an icon, and the tractor shows exactly that, on the terminal and in the AUX-N assignment menu. The button for the diverter valve says DIVERTER. 8 × 10 A relay outputs handle work lights, solenoids, diverter valves, beacons, any 12 V or 24 V load within the rating. Each channel gives you NO, COM and NC terminals, so normally-open and normally-closed wiring both work. The ISOBUS connection powers the module itself; the loads take their own feed, from the battery or through the tractor's external ISOBUS connector, which the tractor fuses at 60 A. 8 digital inputs on the same module. Wire up a proximity sensor, a limit switch, a pressure switch or a cab panel switch, and it can run the relays for you. 5–36 V, optocoupler isolated; dry contact, NPN and PNP sensors all work. You arm the automation from the tractor screen or an AUX-N button, and the moment you touch a manual control it steps aside. Manual always wins. Nothing arms itself, nothing resumes on its own, and no combination of settings can chatter a relay: the relay-protection floors are fixed in firmware. Everything is set up on the tractor screen. Plug an ISOBUS cable into the tractor, in-cab or rear ISOBUS connector, whichever suits your install. Assign the buttons from the tractor screen. Drive. The connector kits next to Add to cart are the mating ISOBUS connector plus loose contacts you crimp onto your own cable, for the in-cab or the external socket. If you would rather have it arrive built, wired and named for your machine, fully or part-way, ask about a custom build.

Which connector kit?

Where you mount the Block decides the connector. In the cab, it plugs into the tractor's in-cab ISOBUS socket. On the implement, it plugs into the external socket at the rear or front.

Neither kit is required. The module takes any ISOBUS cable you make up yourself. A kit just saves you sourcing the connector.

How It Works

Name it. Assign it. Press it.

Mount it, wire your loads, plug in one ISOBUS cable, and set up your buttons on the tractor screen. A screwdriver does the module end.

Type a name (up to 8 characters), pick an icon, select which outputs it controls, and choose toggle or momentary mode.

Assign to your joystick

Open the tractor's AUX-N menu. Your named buttons appear there. Assign them to any joystick or armrest button you want.

AUX-N Control

8 Inputs in Your Tractor

The module shows up in your tractor's AUX-N menu with 8 assignable inputs. Pick a button, pick an output, done. Your assignments are stored in the tractor. Reconnect next season and they're still there.

Group Channels Together

One button press, multiple relays. Open a valve and turn on a work light at the same time.

Toggle or Momentary

Toggle stays on until you press again. Momentary activates while you hold. Set it per channel.

Custom Names & Icons

Name each channel (up to 8 characters) and pick an icon. Your names and icons show up on the screen and in the joystick assignment page.

Let a sensor do the switching

The module has 8 digital inputs. Wire a proximity sensor, a limit switch, a pressure switch or a switch on the cab panel to one, and it can switch the relay outputs for you. 5 to 36 V, optocoupler isolated. Dry contact, NPN and PNP sensors all work.

You decide when it runs. Arm it from the tractor screen, or from an armrest button you assigned to it. All of it is set up on the terminal. No laptop, no app, no programming.

Output on while the input is active.

Toggle

Each pulse flips the output on or off.

Block

Forces the outputs off while the input is active.

For an end switch or a limit switch. It stops the automation, never your own button press.

Manual always wins

Grab the joystick and the automation drops out. Any control that overlaps a running function disarms it: a joystick press, an armrest button, a screen button, the web interface. The automation never blocks, limits or delays what you do by hand.

  • Automation never resumes by itself. Re-arming is one deliberate press.
  • Nothing arms itself. After a power cycle everything is manual again.
  • A latched STOP holds every output off until you release it, whatever else is asking for them.

Tune each input to the machine

Five settings per input, stored per preset, set with steppers on the terminal. The same page shows a live IN and OUT indicator, the raw sensor state next to the filtered result.

Hard floors of 100 ms on and 100 ms rest are built in. No combination of settings can chatter a relay from the input side.

What it is not

This is not a safety system. A block input or an interlock stops the automation. It does not stop you, because manual control is never blocked. STOP holds every output off until you release it, but it is an operator control, not an emergency stop. If a movement has to be stopped whatever happens, fit a mechanical end stop.

An input is either on or off, nothing in between. It does not measure a level, count pulses or read a frequency. Two inputs can be interlocked so they never run at the same time, and that is the only logic between them.

Everything is set up on the tractor terminal. The web interface only tests outputs and updates firmware, and switching an output there turns the automation off.
